Boston Salsa Lessons:
Mojitos offers Salsa lessons on Fridays and Saturdays. The lessons are beginner to intermediate level and run from 9:15-10:15. No reservation or partner is required. Every Friday, one of Boston’s most popular instructors, Kelly, leads the lesson. On Saturday, Ulrich from Rumba y Timbal dance company will teach you the steps. The lessons are a great way to brush up on your dance moves or fun way to kick off the night with friends. Mojitos is 21+, $10 per lesson per person. Boston Salsa Lessons!
Thursdays:
DJ Feeno keeps the energy levels high in this night that has become the hottest Thursday in the city. The night features a live percussionist and table reservations are available. Latin Thursdays are a great way to unwind and kick off the weekend.
Fridays:
The night begins with a Salsa lesson at 9:00 by Kelly. DJ Michael Mercado and DJ JM will get you on the dance floor and keep you there with a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Latin Rock, House and Reggaeton. A live percussionist elevates the energy levels. A professional photographer is on hand to capture your special moments at no charge. The Lounge level caters to a professional crowd and the club to a sexy 21+ crowd. This is an ideal night to celebrate your birthday or other special event.
Saturdays:
There is simply no place in the city like Mojitos on a Saturday. Just come here and experience it. Arrive early and look your best. The night begins with a Salsa lesson and DJ Juan Madrid and DJ JM provide the hottest Latin Dance mix. A professional photographer is always in the house. Nothing in the city compares to the energy and crowds here on Saturday! VIP accommodations are available.
Special Events:
Mojitos is open on Sundays for all three-day weekends. We also offer special parties to celebrate major holidays in the US and Latin America. These annual events include Valentines Day, Mardi Gras, Carnaval de Barranquilla, Dominican Independence Day, Cinco de Mayo, American Independence Day, Labor Day and many more.
Friday Social Seminars: 10:00-10:30
Mojito Madness: Learn our secret recipe and make your own Mojito on the first Friday of every month. Each month features a different type of Mojito such as Watermelon, Raspberry, Chocolate etc.
Tasting Night: On the second Friday of the month, learn about and sample different types of alcohol. Possible tastings include “Rums of the Caribbean” or “Tequilas of Mexico” or “Wines from Argentina”.
Mixology: Learn how to make your own specialty drinks on the third Friday of the month. Each week features a different type of drink such as Sangria, Margaritas, Cosmopolitans and more. Learn how to make drinks like a pro and surprise your guests at your next get together!
Drink Your Way around Latin America: On the fourth Friday of the month, we visit a different country’s most famous drink. For example you could learn the history of and how to make a Caipirinha from Brazil or sample Aguardiente from Colombia or Presidente beer from Dominican Republic.
